Allow form fields to be pre-filled and visible to the recipient without having to change the custom field default
Julie Runez
Currently, the only way to pre-fill a form field is by making the field invisible and amending the url - and it doesn't really work, especially when multiple fields need to be pre-filled.
This falls short in many ways.
1 - We need our form fillers to be able to see the pre-filled fields.
2 - There is no way to know if the pre-filled information was accepted and recorded until the form is submitted.
3 - The only way to have the field visible and verifiable is to change the default value of the custom field in the custom field manager every time you use it, which is not feasible and leaves plenty of room for errors if the field is used frequently elsewhere in the workspace.

Hi Julie Runez- This is possible. If you toggle on the "hidden" setting, it will generate the URL how it needs to be configured. You can then toggle it back off, and the value will still be set through the URL but shown to the respondent. Those fields won't be locked, so the respondent could change them, but if your concern is to just have them visible, then that should work for you.
