Allow 'filtering by' to tasks that are in Personal Priorities / Lineup

Extend the filter functionality to support the option "tasks in personal priority (pp)/lineup".
So you could also create a list for your whole workspace, filter all your PP tasks and manage them there.

This is a very important feature for us to filter all the tasks in personal priorities of single person or a team and make changes in certain custom fields in them in bulk.
