Yes, this is a vital part of using Clickup as a CRM and also managing projects with clients who don't use clickup (all of them for me!). I want to be able to update various things about a client (task) automatically when an email is sent instead of having to remember to do it all manually.

Yes, need email sent to be a trigger! It's part of an approval flow process and if me changing the status is the only trigger, then it's a manual flow, not automated.
