I'm using the latest version of the ClickUp iOS app on an iPhone 16 Pro Max and am trialling ClickUp Chat as a replacement for Slack for my team.

At the moment, every time I want to access Chat I have to:

Tap the nine-dot (More) menu.

Tap Chats.

Chat does not stay pinned to the bottom navigation, which adds unnecessary friction when it's something I access dozens of times each day.

It would be great if users could:

Pin Chats permanently to the bottom navigation.

Customise the bottom navigation by replacing an existing icon with Chats.

Have the chosen navigation layout persist between app sessions.

For teams using ClickUp Chat as their primary communication tool, one-tap access is essential and would significantly improve the mobile experience.

This small improvement would make it much easier for teams to replace Slack with ClickUp Chat as their primary communication platform.
