Allow AI Brain Licenses for Individual Users Instead of Entire Workspaces

Currently, ClickUp AI Brain requires purchasing licenses for all users, even when only a small number of team members actively use AI features. For organizations with larger teams, this significantly increases costs and can make adoption difficult.
We would like the ability to assign AI Brain licenses only to specific users who need and actively use the feature, similar to how many SaaS platforms handle add-on products.
Benefits:
Fair and usage-based pricing.
Easier adoption for growing teams.
Reduced costs for organizations where only managers, team leads, or specific departments use AI.
Increased likelihood of AI Brain adoption across more workspaces.
For example, in our organization, only 2–3 users regularly use AI features, while the remaining users do not need AI access. Paying for every user is not cost-effective and creates an unnecessary barrier to adoption.
We would greatly appreciate the option to purchase and assign AI Brain licenses on a per-user basis instead of requiring the add-on for the entire workspace.

We use ClickUp Business and only a small number of our developers require MCP access. The current requirement to purchase Everything AI for every user just to remove the 300-call MCP limit is prohibitively expensive for a startup. It would be great if you could allow Everything AI to be assigned per user so teams can enable higher MCP limits only for the users who actually need and use it.

alternatively, the 24 hour cap could be increased, or the block out reduced? It nullifies clickup as a productivity tool when you cant use it for 24 hours?

We definitely need this as well. We have around 40-50 users in the workspace and 2 users who need AI Brain licenses. Sadly we cannot justify upgrading every user effectively increasing our monthly cost by about 500-600€ when only two users need access to AI features at the moment.

We would highly appreciate this feature also, as it allows to control spending especially for people that wont use it
