Allow Admins to Lock User Account

In many systems, admins have the ability to put a user on hold so they can't access their account before you deactivate or remove them. This allows you to ensure an employee who is being terminated involuntarily does not have access to important data (and can delete data) ASAP. ClickUp only allows admins to deactivate, and then it labels the user as deactivated. I'd love to be able to lock as an intermediate step prior to when we notify staff so that I can preserve our security, but wait to have to take next steps.
