Allow adding/merging existing workspaces from different email accounts under one user identity

I’m running into a major workflow bottleneck with the current workspace/account model.
I have a personal ClickUp subscription under my personal email, and we recently set up a separate paid workspace for my team under my work email. Because these workspaces are tied to different email identities, I now have to constantly sign out and sign back in just to switch between them. This breaks flow and makes daily use much harder.
After researching, it appears there is no way to add or adopt an existing workspace that was created under a different email address. This means one person cannot unify their workspaces under a single identity, even if they are the same individual and paying for multiple subscriptions.
This is a necessary feature that ClickUp is currently missing:
the ability for a single user to link, merge, or add existing workspaces created under different email addresses, without losing ownership or requiring account switching.
This would solve:
- Constant login/logout friction
- Fragmented notifications and inboxes
- Paying for multiple subscriptions but not being able to use them seamlessly
- Difficulty managing personal + organizational work in one place
A user‑centric identity model would make ClickUp dramatically more usable for people who work across multiple organizations, roles, or emails.
