Being able to allocate total capacity to a sprint for each resource so that work can be planned in line with the agreed capacity for that sprint

Second this - impossible to properly plan a sprint using Clickup.
Need to be able to
a) allocate total capacity for the sprint in days and hours
b) change that capacity to reflect a day off.
So for example, if our sprint is 12 days long the total capacity should be 12 x 8 hours = 96 hours. But if Paul has an OOO day, I should be able to amend that capacity to 88 hours.
