All users in a workspace can be seen when you @ even if they don't have access to the task/list/folder/space.

This is a huge confidentiality breach. We have one workspace for our company, and separate spaces for individual clients. The clients noticed that when they are in their own space and they want to tag someone, they type @ and the names that come up automatically are users outside of their organization. it starts displaying names and email addresses of all our workspace members in alphabetical order. if you start typing it narrows it down to match your search, but it will still show all members that match that search criteria even if they don't have access to the space. It's one thing if you want to give that ability to admins and they can add someone to a task that way, but for any user to be able to see this is a huge confidentiality breach. I've contacted support and they say they are aware of this and are working on it, but this needs to be a priority so that it gets fixed ASAP. I already had 2 separate clients notice this. It is beyond unprofessional and I can't even tell them when it will be fixed. Apparently it might be weeks or even months according to support. Lets upvote this and get it on their radar please!

Imperative and urgent!!!
some of our customers threaten us to leave the application if they continue to see all the users of the other companies with whom we share the platform...
If our customers leave the platform, I have no reason to keep Clickup!
We urgently need a solution

Pedro Lopes: Could you please confirm which role you are using for the customers in your workspace? Also where do they face this the most?

Armine Seropyan Our clients can have different types of roles: some are guest, others are limited members, depending on the actions they need to perform in the application.
Our clients most often encounter this issue when they use @ in the "Comment" window.

Merged in a post:
only specific Teams to show up as assignees for tasks in a Space
Dearetta Ramadhani
Currently all Teams available in Workspace are shown in the Assignee list even though the space have not been shared to the Team. This creates a lot of confusion when we have two or more teams with nearly the same name, but they don't belong in the same space. Also, this allows for room of error for users to assign a task/subtask to the wrong team.
