AI task scheduling

Either integrating with the AI scheduler Addie, or creating your own automatic scheduling AI that decides what order you should do things in based on priority, due date, etc

ClickUp should definitely be able to do a Motion/Reclaim thing. Reclaim actually works really well in conjunction with ClickUp, but it would be nice to have such a feature native to the Planner in ClickUp.
Also, Planner on mobile please.

We all know we need a real receptionist. I ask why doesnt Siri answer my phone or the native digital assistant... cant we get a intelligent ivr/voicemail service.. so a receptionist agent would be a game ender. Yes there are a couple but they suck and are stupid money.. I get 40 calls a day all spam all voip and all mostly AI . Yet the reasons we dont have an AI natively that answers calls is insulting.. if I were to pay for the ai receptionist on market one id need a new number and 2 1000$ a month...jotform is close but the platforms like this that partner with a carrier first will dominate... when you think how many companies only have cell phones to operate from its crazy to think this has not been a huge industry even as a stand alone service...

Let us implement energy based task scheduling in frames/slots like Morgen lets us do while planning our days ahead.
I use a certain custom fields to keep track of cognitive and physical energy requirements of a task the AI should keep that into account.

Hey, ClickUppers!
Would you consider yourself a "power user" of AI? If so, please fill out this form (https://forms.clickup-stg.com/333/f/ad-2196425/AM2CH59NPT9I8EB9TO) so we can add you to our AI power user channel.
This will make it so that you will get early access to AI features so you can give us all the feedback we need to keep new features coming and improve upon existing features.
Thanks!

Is there some way that I could review and give feedback in exchange for access to premium features so that I could be testing the AI/Agent abilities?
I am disabled and very low income and only using for personal/household use, so the price isn't really feasible for me.
This isn't a totally related question, but since it's the AI/Agent features that I'm primarily interested in, I figured it belongs here.

Agreed with many others here - we still use Motion because of its powerful AI-scheduling. The ability to just click a due date, estimated time, and chunks of time to complete knowing it will automatically keep me on track is incredible.

Hey, everyone!
I just published a temporary survey for Agents on Chat feedback! You can access the survey here: https://click-up.typeform.com/to/W5GqupKP#ai=xxxxx
In the future, we are looking to introduce some automatic task scheduling using AI Agents and would love to hear how you would be using them. Also, you can leave any AI Agent feedback here: https://feedback.clickup.com/chat-feedback/p/ai-agents-feedback
At the end of the survey, you will see an option to set up 15-minute meeting with me to discuss your feedback on Agents. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Jack Dowd I want to get rid of juggling with the availability of my colleagues and myself to time and prioritize tasks. I want to set an ultimate deadline on a task and an expected time effort and let the AI schedule it around my fixed meetings so I can still finish it before the deadline.

Yes please. Something like what they do in https://www.usemotion.com/project-manager
Time is the most valuable resource and we spend so much time organizing our schedule and deciding where to fit certain task in our calendar. It would be nice for AI to do that for us.
Check out this video. It's really a game changer.

Randall Pena Agreed 100%. I use Motion right now - its AI scheduling features are incredible, and we could absolutely move over completely to ClickUp if this was a feature.

Hi Jack. Amazing new feature, AI brings so much more efficiency managing tasks!
The new feature looks pretty promising! I am not from the IT area, so my thoughts go as a regular user, would the AI feature support creation of a whole task planning. For example, if I'd write that I'm flying on vacation with my wife and a 2 year old son, going to the beach by plane with 10kg luggage each. I'll be away for 7 days and I've a dog I need someone to mind; and with all of that, I'd be looking the AI agent to help me built a checklist of tasks and subtasks I've to address before my trip.
Would the new feature be capable of working out my ask?
Thanks again for bringing the updates to users!

Hey everyone!
I'd love your feedback on a new feature we've been cooking up: AI Agents.
It's currently in beta and available on Chat (gradually rolling out). The next iteration will introduce Agents on Lists, and much more.
Here is a demo Clip from our Product Manager of AI: https://share.clickup-stg.com/clip/s/t333/d95651b0-e763-4ad7-8a57-ddfe6cac51e6/screen-recording-2025-02-03-10%3A39.webm
I'd love to talk through it on a 15 min video call if you're up for it: https://calendly.com/jdowd-clickup/15-minute-meeting

Jack Dowd I like where this is headed. ANy idea if there will be a way to use AI to create an email schedule based on the emails I need to send and the parameters of when and who they can be sent to?
Amy Wine
Jack Dowd Thank you for this! I'm so excited for this feature and I can't wait to have it in my workspace!!!! I think I might have more feedback when I start to use it!
Jack Dowd
Kari Stober: That is something that we are looking into in terms of having Agents trigger on a schedule and allowing them to manage an inbox.
Question: What feature data would you want the agent/AI to look at to decide who to send it to, when to send it, and what to include in it?
K
Kari Stober
Jack Dowd it's a bit complex, but I'll try. The email calendar I manage has about 10 lists that we send to on a regular basis. Ideally what we're looking for it to tell AI to schedule the email to the appropriate lists and schedule the send times on the calendar. So it would need to know all of our lists, and it would need to schedule around other emails. We would tell it which are the primary lists and which are the secondary. Does that make sense? I'm happy to chat with you via video if that makes it easier to understand.
