I have a suggestion to improve the AI section of ClickUp that could greatly simplify and speed up the process of creating tasks for different teams.

In our organization, various teams need to have their tasks created based on specific standards and workflows. Each workflow requires certain information to be set or filled out before the task can be properly assigned and processed by the relevant team. Currently, implementing these workflows manually is time-consuming and complex, as users have to enter a lot of information for each task.

My suggestion is to add a feature to ClickUp AI that allows us to define a set of instructions or a form for each specific workflow. Then, the AI would interactively ask users the required questions step by step, and once all the necessary information is collected, it would automatically create and assign the task to the appropriate team.

This feature could easily replace the static forms we currently use, making collaboration much faster and more efficient. Users would no longer need to spend a lot of time filling out forms manually; instead, they could simply answer a few guided questions and have a complete, standardized task created for them.
