When sending the Notetaker to ad hoc meetings, there's no way to see if it's recording, processing, succeeded, or failed. Users are left guessing. Need: a "Sent Notetakers" view showing meeting name, time sent, and current status (queued / recording / processing / complete / failed with reason).
