Ai Notetake settings for recording and prompts for consent in meetings

One thing I noticed quickly with Ai Notetaker is it seems to be an all or nothing. You can't have it just join meetings and take notes, the recorder automatically turns on, and within the meeting there is no control to shut it off as far as I can tell. It also doesn't provide any consent popup, or allow a user to self initiate the recording later in the call.
Some challenges I would prioritize to make it more enterprise ready and security/privacy focused:
- Settings for enabling just ai notetaker and not the call recording
- Ability to start/stop the recording during a teams/zoom call
- Automated prompt to let users know that the call is being recorded to gather consent (especially for the times the recording starts right when the meeting starts..this was kind of awkward as most start recording after the initial 5-10 minutes while people are still coming in and intros/initial chat doesnt need to be on a recording).
This would be a great update. I want to use the feature more, specifically for the ai notetaking breaking out action items/risks, etc, but that auto recording on meeting start has been a detractor for me.
