I want to capture the amount of cognitive load/physical effort I'll have to put during my inbox processing workflow.

Yes Alex. All of the above.
I am trying to unlock GTDs effort and energy based intentional actions.
But would like AI to refer to a document I created as a guide to fill this field.
This will emensely reduce my administration time for my tasks.
Maybe in future AI can automatically schedule these for me or use these fields as a schedule to drive me ahead in life.
