I wish to request the development of a feature for docs in Click up that would allow us to use chatGPT-like functionality.
ChatGPT is a language model developed by OpenAI that can generate human-like text based on a given prompt.
Some potential benefits of this feature may include:
- Saving time by automating the initial draft creation process.
- Allowing team members to focus on more important tasks, such as reviewing and editing documents.
- Increasing the speed and accuracy of document creation.
- Providing a starting point for discussions and collaboration on document content

When can we expect v3.0 task views to be updated to a usable format that doesn't double or triple the amount of input required to do work?

CLick up AI for 5$ bucks for user, meanwhile chatgpt costs $20 and can be used for hundreds of employees? Charge CLick AI just once per workspace and considering click up AI capabilities, no more than $5 to $10

TRENDUP: We are also hopeing they will move to a usage based model, e.g. 100 uses per person per month, shared for entire team. Similar to automations, that would make more sense. Currently we have 1/10 people interested which equals 50USD per person effectively, not a real effective pricing for us.

We've heard a lot of your feedback and are currently in the process of building an AI assistant that will be able to answer questions and answers from documents and tasks in your workspace, as well as persist everywhere. With 3.0, we already added the ability to use our AI globally to write content. As we move forward, we are gearing towards building one conversational assistant, that will help you both write content faster and more efficiently, but also solve project management tasks and ask questions.

Hari Rajagopalan: that's awesome, but doesn't really tell us anything. All we want to know is 1.) what's the next major feature for the AI tool? 2.) about when should we plan to be looking for it?
What you wrote reads similar to Zeb talking about task types in 2021... And we see how that played out 😆

Having an ai that can pull together information from all over my workspace, especially from docs and answer questions would be the missing link that allows us to use clickup as the knowledge base of our dreams. Make that available via API and I will fall in love with you. I would pay double the current ai price for this, wouldn't even think about it.

The problem right now is that ClickUp AI is not accessible from anywhere, cannot access information other than the specific areas that there is a button for it, and you cannot chat back and forth with it to get more information or tailor the results it comes up with.
It needs to be a floating assistant that can be accessed from anywhere, and that can chat with you about anything on screen or anything in your
entire

Would like to be able to ask ClickUp AI a question and it pull answers from what I have written in Docs.
E.g., I ask it how to do XYZ and it answers based on notes I have written across my various Docs.

There should be a way to have the AI summarize your folder/list, not just within each task but maybe a summary by status, or by due date, etc...like an assistant

Yes, but let us have the option to use our own OpenAI API Key. Right now we are limited in the token count with ClickUp where with my API Key I would be able to access 16k tokens or use GPT-4 for different use cases.
