Agent artifact-generation gap

Shiplog Sloane can read and analyze a run.clickup.ai interactive deck artifact, including its structure and styling cues, but cannot generate that same artifact format on demand. The agent is currently forced into a ClickUp Doc fallback because there does not appear to be an agent-callable tool for publishing the interactive HTML deck medium itself. Please review whether artifact creation exists in ClickUp without being exposed as an agent tool, and if so, make that capability available to this agent.
