Adjust how many days count as a week in time estimates

In time estimates, the ability to adjust the number of hours in a day is great but we should also be able to designate how many days count as a week. Not everyone wants to work seven days a week. 😊
Would be ideal if that were adjustable by user. As an example, my available days for tasks differ from my admin, so her number of weeks to project completion would not be the same as mine.

I would like the option to set what my company considers a week since we work 4 10 hr days instead of 5 8 hr days. I have the option to set how many working hours are considered a day, but need to be able to set how many working hours are considered a week. There is already a feature request for removing weekends in the time estimate, which would be a great start.

Feature Request: Advanced Task Scheduling Based on Employee Availability
Overview:
Our organization frequently encounters scenarios where employees have part-time schedules, for instance, being available only three days a week (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). Currently, when scheduling tasks that span multiple days (e.g., a task requiring five days to complete), our system does not account for individual employee availability. This often leads to scheduling inaccuracies and the need for manual adjustments.
Problem:
When a task is scheduled from Monday to Friday, assuming a continuous work effort is required, the system does not recognize that an employee only works three out of those five days. Consequently, it inaccurately reflects that the task will be completed within a single workweek.
Proposed Solution:
We request the development of a feature that intelligently schedules tasks based on the specific days an employee is available. For example, if a task requires five working days to complete and is assigned to an employee who works only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, the system should automatically extend the task deadline to the following Wednesday. This adjustment accounts for the unavailability on Tuesday and Thursday of the first week and the subsequent Monday and Wednesday of the next week.

It's really a little absurd that the default and only current option is 7 days a week, this feature is a pretty direct idea for how estimates work in across nearly any industry

If anything I think default should be changed to a 5-day working week as I think this is almost universal (certainly in the many companies I've worked). But making this configurable is also fine, for those who want to work 7-days a week!

Please make this happen! We look at a week as 5 business days. Having to do math when looking at estimates is not effective.

Option to Show Estimates in Days

When I estimate a task as 10 days, ClickUp automatically formats it as "1w 3d", but in a traditional sense, "1w" is only 5 working days. The way this is converted is confusing because 10 working days does not necessarily convert to "1w 3d".
I would like the option to be able to keep estimates in days. So we know 10 days is really 2 weeks because our team works 5 day weeks.
There is already an checkbox to show in hours, so I would love to have the same option, but show in days.

Yes, at least have an option to set the number of worked days per week, usually 5, but could be 6 or even 4 depending on the teams.
