  1. For Private Lists/Spaces, the ability to automatically share task or tag the Task creator or Form submitter. Current automation does not allow tagging people who are outside the shared list, I mean you can still create the automation to tag people but automation won't work unless they are part of the shared list.
Use case scenario: List needs to stay private and restricted from viewing but tasks created from forms should be accessible to the submitter so they can stay updated.
  1. Form should be able to automatically capture submitter even if the list/space is private. This will eliminate the need of asking the name of the requester inside the form. It can also improve security to prevent people trying to submit forms on other's behalf.
  2. Take full advantage of People fields by being able to extract public info such as Role, Manager, Group, Email address etc. to formula and automation.
Use case scenario: Instead of adding a custom field to manually get the name of the manager and email address, we can just create a formula field extracting those required info ([people].manager, [people].email, [people].group these functions was stolen from Google people chips just to give you an idea) :D
  1. Optimize Data Collection - to eliminate collection of repetitive and duplicate information, it's better to add field relationships where we can enable list to list lookups. This will help us improve and minimize storage while keeping data collection tidy and data
