I want the ability for my support team to submit a task/ticket by using a prefilled form, but on the form they cannot add tracked time to the ticket. It would be A LOT EASIER if they could log the task using the form and track their time before submitting the form.

Right now, we have to create tasks using the form, but leave them as "To Do" or InProgress and then go find the task to add tracked time to it, then set it to completed.

Our team uses clickup to track support tickets, quick tickets are completed within 5-10mins and the user needs to log the ticket using our click up form for time tracking and support tracking.

The process is so cumbersome right now, having to use the form link, then open click up, navigate to the ticket list, find the task, add the time and complete it. If we could just submit tickets right from the form, and have automations assign them to the person who submits it, the task can be created and closed right from the form, but it NEED time tracked assigned to it as well!!!

Please send help. We're tired of doing the workaround.
