I would like to be able to allow all members to view the contents of a channel/chat, but not be able to type in that channel/chat.

While still allowing Admins and workspace owners to be able to type in the channel.

For example, we have a team-announcements channel that we'd only want higher-ups to speak in.

Note: this is a standalone channel that is not linked to any space, folder, or list.
