Hi ClickUp Support team,

I would like to request a feature for SyncUps: the ability for the presenter (and optionally participants) to draw on top of the shared screen using on-screen ink/annotations, similar to Microsoft Teams or Slack huddles.

Problem

When sharing my screen in SyncUps, I often need to quickly highlight specific UI elements, areas of a drawing, or portions of a document while explaining something live. Without an annotation layer, it is harder for viewers to follow along, and we have to switch to another tool for calls.

Requested capability

Add a live on-screen annotation layer during SyncUps screen sharing (tab/window/entire screen).

Support pen/highlighter, color selection, eraser, and clear all.

Optional: allow only the presenter to annotate, or allow participants to request control/annotate.

Optional: ability to save/export the annotated frame(s) (or capture screenshots) into the related task or chat thread.

Training sessions and live troubleshooting

Why this matters

This would reduce context switching and let us keep calls and collaboration fully inside ClickUp, instead of moving to Teams/Slack/Zoom just for annotations.

Hello Team, can you add a functionality to let us know that our recipient has viewed our clip recording in ClickUp (like Loom). It will be very helpful to know that our important instructions in the clip recording are reviewed by the relevant person.

Would really appreciate this one. Would be awesome to have slash command for both screen recording and snipping screenshots
