Currently, you can't sort the list of related items shown in a task and they are sorted according to when they were first added, we have set up a property database where the Flats are linked to each property and you can view them when you go into the property, but the list of flats are not In a numerical order and there is no option to sort numerically (and save this when you next come back), see example attached
