Add members to custom fields

In my team, whenever we finish a task we add it in the "To review" column and change the asignee to another team member for revision.
However this means we can't use the filters to see which tasks each member has finished.
Could we have a custom field that lets us assign a team member?
In my case we would call it reviewer and it'd mean we wouldn't have to go through this hacky process.

I'd recommend using the People custom field to set the reviewer from the start, instead of adding them as an assignee to the task!

I think it is useful in general to keep track of who worked on the task and who checked the completion.
Might also be a good idea to be able to add constraints, e.g. the same person can't work and review the task.
