When we're creating dependencies, by clicking the + button it does not show which list that task is from. If tasks are named the same, it's easy for the user to select the wrong task and link tasks/lists that shouldn't be linked.

Subsequently, it's quite hard to clean up the dependencies as there could be multiple with the same name, requiring you to click through all of them to find which ones are right ones and which need to be removed.
