add location filter to time sheets so can select and track time entries by project or client folder/list

currently the only taxonomy to filter by is by tag or date, meaning you'd need to tag every task with a client tag before you could filter by client/project

this forces use of dashboards rather than using timesheets, and makes timesheets virtually unusable
