Our team really needs this. It takes about 10-12 seconds for ClickUp to refresh and render the page when I click on the ClickUp URL to either refresh things or when I open up ClickUp. I just compared this to Asana (closed it down and re-opened it) and it rendered in the app in < 1 second (essentially, instantly when I fired up the Asana app after closing it down). And, in Asana, I don't find that I have to refresh the App at all when changes are made (it does it automatically and you can see the changes instantly). Whereas in ClickUp, there are times when you have to click on the URL to see the changes take effect. Seems like Clickup has hosting issues.
