It would be helpful to have a designated description where we can explain the function of a list, offer a simple direction for specific processes, or post an easily accessible link to a contract that outlines the terms we are tracking within that list.

I just updated a description for my user folders. Open the Folder and next to the name you will see three lines if you hover over it's 'View Description'. Click to open the box and type or paste your description.

I can see the list info, but not for spaces or folders. Sean Kilcullen can you share how the info can be added for a space or folder?

Ally Czepczynski We have this feature! We are making it more visible in 3.0 but it is available now. Hover over your List name when you've selected your List from the sidebar, and ... should appear. Select "List Info".
You can also add a Space description. Folder description is coming.

Sean Kilcullen: Thank you! This is helpful, though I am imagining a small section that remains on the view, maybe under the name of the list when it is open. We have many clients who come in as guests and they will not know how to navigate to find the related list info. I would love to see a description box that is not hidden from view. Thank you!

Sean Kilcullen: I do not see an option to add a description to a Space, only to a list. Can you provide a screenshot?
