Add Decimal Option to Money Fields

Please give us the option to show numbers as $5.00 (with empty decimal fields) instead of stripping the zeros off.

Yes please! It's so annoying that money fields drop empty decimals. USD currency is always to 2 decimal places (unless you're rounding to the nearest $1.00)
