Add custom field to task properties
Gil Anspacher
I want to add a custom field to the main task properties. While it works with the custom field, it is buried down in the task custom fields area.
Context: The Eisenhower Matrix categorizes tasks based on priority and urgency.

Yes, we should be able to determine what is essential task properties for each task type. I understand that certain things will always be there but we should be allowed to add a few of our own.

This would be so helpful. The fact that it's pre-determined what should be a priority is silly. It should be customizable to what we determine needs to be in the priority section. I agree this change should be made.

YES! I want the ability to remove unnecessary properties from the top of my task, not just hide them - especially since the "hide" feature doesn't hide them all (I don't need tracked time, dates, etc., sometimes I don't even need the "status" when I don't use it that way on a list!). I want to be able to put my own custom fields (the ones I feel are most important to look at when I first open a task) in the top property section.
