Add column that shows who last updated a task

I have a table view that I sort by date updated so I can get a good sense of what is moving within a space. I would like to also see what user made that last update on the table. Ideally I could similarly use this to get a list of what each user in a space has recently changed.

I think this is a super valid thing here, we have a PM assigning tasks to people, that others in the departments could be closing, and we can only see it by going into the task and seeing "closed by"
Must be somewhere in the data to be able to see who changed a status to a "closed status" by username and put that in a field on the list so we can filter
its really a handy feature that EVERYONE can benefit from, even exported, we can use excel to departmenalise it etc from an extract, that way "teams" can be seen to be accountable for closure, or said individual directly in the application

I think this functionality is great, the data is in the system somewhere as it provides a status, i think something thats triggered on status changes, that would help leaders see then that tasks im creating and assigning are being closed by the right people.
