Add an optional Chargeable Time field when creating or editing a time entry in ClickUp.

Today, time entries can be marked as billable or non-billable. This is useful for determining whether the actual time worked is billable, but it does not support cases where the amount of time worked differs from the amount to be invoiced to the customer.

Problem

The current Billable flag only describes the nature of the actual hours worked. It does not allow users to separately indicate how many hours should be charged to the customer.

Example:

* Actual time worked: 8 hours

* Billable: Yes

* Chargeable time: 12 hours

When adding or editing a time entry, allow users to optionally enter:
