We would like to implement an option that allows users to submit forms anonymously.

At the moment, when an employee fills out a form while logged into their browser (e.g., in ClickUp), we can see their username associated with the submission. This prevents true anonymity.

Our goal is to ensure that responses can be submitted without revealing the identity of the employee, even if they are logged into the system.
