I would like to request a feature for SyncUps: the ability for the presenter (and optionally participants) to draw on top of the shared screen using on-screen ink/annotations, similar to Microsoft Teams or Slack huddles.

Problem

When sharing my screen in SyncUps, I often need to quickly highlight specific UI elements, areas of a drawing, or portions of a document while explaining something live. Without an annotation layer, it is harder for viewers to follow along, and we have to switch to another tool for calls.

Requested capability

Add a live on-screen annotation layer during SyncUps screen sharing (tab/window/entire screen).

Support pen/highlighter, color selection, eraser, and clear all.

Optional: allow only the presenter to annotate, or allow participants to request control/annotate.

Optional: ability to save/export the annotated frame(s) (or capture screenshots) into the related task or chat thread.

Why this matters

This would reduce context switching and let us keep calls and collaboration fully inside ClickUp, instead of moving to Teams/Slack/Zoom just for annotations.

RReally need a screen drawing tool for annotation with SuncUp

Will be very useful allowing us to draw and use pointers on the screen like slack, teams or meets do. This is crucial during a meeting to quickly share instructions.

Allow users to draw, annotate, and highlight directly on the screen during a screen sharing session in Syncups. This feature would enhance collaborative efforts by enabling real-time interaction and visual emphasis during meetings and presentations.
