Add Activity logs for List Info

Hi guys,
It would be useful to have some more history in List's info, similar to tasks. Things like:
- who created
- when
- changes in the list
You already have a nice commenting area, so perhaps this all could be added to make it very similar to how this is handled in Tasks.

Upvoting this. Inability to audit is a HiTrust certification blocker. In particular any content that is changed and can't be tracked should be able to be explained (Edits/changes to space statuses, etc.)
