Currently, replies to comments are somewhat hidden when reviewing the comments. ClickUp groups all reply comments under the original comment. It is easy to miss new replies. This group is a very nice feature though. It is similar to the "conversation" view in Outlook. However, users can toggle between the conversation view and the chronological view in Outlook. Users can also choose their default view (Chronological or Conversation). I would suggest a similar feature for ClickUp comments.
