Add a recurring checkup task to goals

To make sure goals and target statuses are updated regularly allow a task to open which runs through all the goals and targets assigned to you and let you update the progress of each and see their current statuses.
This will be similar to other OKR check up solutions
Allow to configure this to never show or to show every X days (I would like this to be weekly). When scheduled it will create an item that when prompt will open a form running through all the goals and targets allowing to edit them and add values to them

I often use lots of recurring tasks with an end date. It would be nice to get a % progress bar base on how often I completed said task
