When creating a meeting in Planner, ClickUp automatically assigns a video conferencing provider (Google Meet, Zoom, or SyncUp Call) — there's no way to remove it or leave the field blank.
This is a problem for:
In-person meetings, where a video link is irrelevant and confusing
External tools like Microsoft Teams, which aren't in the native provider list, forcing you to keep an unrelated Zoom/Meet/SyncUp link attached anyway, and having more than one link sent to invitees.
Right now the only workaround is manually adding the real meeting details (Teams link, physical location, etc.) in the description — while an unwanted video link still sits in the main event field, misleading attendees about how to join.
Request: Add a "None" option in the video conferencing dropdown so users can create a meeting without any auto-assigned video call provider.
