Add a “My Feedback” Tab for Easy Access to My Submitted Requests

I would like to have a separate tab or a top menu section called ‘My Feedback’ where I can quickly see all the feedback requests I have submitted. The current ‘My Own’ filter is not practical enough. I want to be able to access my own feedback easily from my profile or from a dedicated section in the top menu.

I can't see this section anywhere. Or am I missing it somewhere? My own filter shows all you voted for. I would like to see all requests made by me
