Actually Useful Timer In Menu Bar / Icon
not on the roadmap

You began to address this issue in this fix, but majorly missed the point.
Harvest and Toggl have icons in the Mac menu Bar that control the timer. ClickUp just shows a timer already running.
Look at Harvest and Toggl to understand what your users want. I will cancel our paid subscription for Harvest and switch the team to full click up if you correctly address this issue.
The menu bar icon timer needs to be the one stop shop for time entries:
- Start timer
- Stop timer
- Select the task and add a description
- Reminders for idle time
Literally take the timer icon that appears inside the Mac App (in the top right corner) and attache that to the Mac Menu Bar)
