I really want this feature but your use case example is a bad one because you can already filter by Task Assignee in Activity view, so you'd just show only the activity for tasks that individual is assigned to and you'd see all their activity. I (and others) want to see activity by people even if it's not on tasks they're assigned to (eg. comments they've made on tasks they're not assigned to)

An "updated by" option would be great! I could track what my team has been updating every day and where their focus is. Please look into this!

Adding to this, having an "Updated By" Custom field like the Created by field would be awesome

100% need this... activity view is kinda useless for us unless we can see what was done/came through by whom

In general an ability to add a filter to anything that is "Updater by [person]" would be incredibly helpful, in dashboard as well.

This would make the activity view much more useful, I'd love to filter out my own activity!
