Activity log across templates, custom fields, forms etc.

We've run into issues of users changing the sharing and naming of templates, editing fields in forms, and moving custom fields to the Workspace level. As an admin, I'd like to be able to see who did what changes and when so that we can advise on training and hopefully lock down permissions (which I've seen in various other feature requests).
Relatedly I have a bug logged about permissions reverting on templates and forms - each time an edit is made to either, it removes the previous permission or who it was shared with: CLK-469999

This is a slightly different direction than Katie's original request, but this activity feed would also be really helpful for people who are crazy busy and need to look back. There does not appear to be any type of a consolidated view for personal activity.
•Comments I’ve made across tasks.
•Task status changes I performed.
•Field/property updates (due dates, priorities, etc.).
•Any other actions I took (assignee changes, time tracking edits, etc.).
I’ve tried using:
• The Inbox (Mentions/Assigned tabs).
• Everything View filters (Last Updated Date).
• Task-level Activity feeds.
• Search bar to find my comments.
But none of these options give me a unified activity log of all actions I performed, preferably date. I’m looking for something like a “My Activity Feed”, where I can see a chronological list of everything I did in ClickUp for a particular day.
Could you please:
1. Confirm if ClickUp offers this kind of user-level activity history view?
2. If not, is there a workaround or recommended method to track my daily activity across tasks?
3. Are there any upcoming features (or existing API endpoints) that allow a user to see their own activity/actions in a reportable form?
This is essential for personal productivity tracking and weekly recaps. I have tried using ClickUps AI to summarize this, but it isn't able to do it. I work in an agency environment that is really high communication and sometimes I want to just skim back and make sure things weren't missed (and it would also help me fill out my timesheet when I forget 😬)

To address user related challenges, implement robust logging to track changes and ensure accountability. Educate users on best practices for permissions. Investigate bug CLK 469999 affecting permission settings upon template or form edits to apply a thorough fix. These steps promote stability and control in administrative oversight.

Hi Katie!
This is something we are currently working on and will be available on our Enterprise plan in the coming months!

PLEASE consider making more robust audit trails / activity logs available on business plans, not just enterprise. I am so very tired of the assumption that, just because my company is smaller, we don't have just as much of a commitment to privacy & security of data for our clients. We don't have enough people to meet your enterprise minimum threshold of 15 seats, and I don't think these types of security features should be locked behind the enterprise level anyway. Please reconsider.

Naomi Peters: Thanks for the feedback - we will share this with out pricing and plan team.

Naomi Peters I completely agree with this sentiment.
