In a true IT ticketing system there is isolation between tickets meaning everyone in the company cannot see the ticket that "mark" just filed with us. I have made an automation that makes the task private while only sharing it with the IT team and the person who submitted the form. The problem is because the person who submitted the form is the "task creator" they can still delete the task even when given comment only permissions. I would like to request a feature where either you can change who the task creator is when submitting a form or be able to change the task creator at anytime as an admin as I have seen situations where someone will create a ticket or task on someone elses behalf but they need and are unable to transfer ownership of the task to the person who really needs it.
