Ability to turn off notifications about added watchers

I would love the ability to turn off notifications about watchers being added to tickets. We often add watchers via automations, so if a ticket is being moved around or added to a couple of different lists, various watchers get added, and I get alerts about each of them, which is never particularly helpful. Additionally, if the automation adds someone as a watcher who is already on the watcher list, I'll get multiple notifications which clutters up my inbox.

Very problematic, as in the new inbox layout these watcher notifications actually end up replacing more important notifications like @mentions that may have come right before it....turning your inbox into a giant list of "X added you as a watcher". Clearing those notifications means you also unknowingly clear the more important comment/mention that came before it...the thing you actually needed to see.

This is pretty important, thank you guys for developing this!

Kelsey Ledford - This setting is missing from our notification settings page. I'll look into if we can get it added soon!
