Ability to turn off auto-renew
completed
It's unreasonable to have to reach out to customer support and then be escalated to another team in order to turn off my auto-renew subscription when that is a basic functionality most platforms allow customers to manage on their own. If I want to pay for a year's worth of a subscription and then turn off the auto-renew, as a consumer, that is my right, and I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to do something so fundamentally basic in billing. Turning off auto-renew should be just as easy as it was to subscribe in the first place.

Hi everyone, just an update that for some time now it has been possible to cancel your plan and downgrade to a free account, which effectively stops your future renewal. You still keep your old plan until your renewal date.
Let me know if this does not address your concerns.

I completely agree that this must be a standard.
A confident company with a good product doesn't need this old practices which might help to keep customers for a month longer but doesn't lead to a long term loyalty anyway.

Agree, please enable this basic consumer right. Click-up is a great product. Please don't use such cheap and third-rated sales tactics.

Agreed with everyones' comments, it's a classic Dark UX pattern and there's zero excuse to not of built this feature day one.

Agree. What a predatory subscription model. Please add this feature. What a black eye for click-up.

This is such a basic function it should be embarrassing to clickup that it's not available.
