Ability to Set Permissions Defaults for Guests

It would be awesome to set permissions defaults to off for Time and tags. Or an option to set what the default is.

For us it is a risk that Time Tracking / Time Estimates permissions are default on. 
Also acces level is default Full. 
We prefer a more safe way, where default all permissions are off and access level is view or comment. 
If changing the default behaviour is difficult, then a setting on Space or Account level is also OK ("create guest accounts as limited as possible")

It would be a great to be able to set the same Guest permissions for all guests at once, and then be able to handle the exceptions at the individual level, for example, allow a specific guest to edit a task.

I have a similar request. Many of our lists allow "Can comment" privlages for most users. When adding a new "Full Member", the new user gets "Create and Edit (Full)" on all existing lists. This requires the admin to carefully go into each list and set the permissions for this new user to "Can comment". This is very tedious if you have dozens of lists.
