Ability to SEND email from ClickUp via Exchange 2010 or IMAP using sign in via user name not email address

In the email from ClickUp feature you can't connect to MS Exchange 2010. If you try via IMAP it only supports sign in via email address, not user name.

Some IMAP providers do not use the email address for authentication and instead provide a username only. In addition, if you use cPanel and want to collect from the master mailbox, that also has only a username for logging in.
