I use tray, favourites and lineup to keep my workflow in control. These items help me distinguish between different requirements of my workflows like lineup for Remembering Next Action Items, Tray for relevant resources and related tasks and favourite for remembering the big picture. These are different from items on my calendar because they are not scheduled. Scheduled items make their way to the calendar along with broad time blocks (Reply to Mails, etc)
For my required workflow, kindly give us an ability to see lineup, backlogs and tray and favourite tasks in new scheduling view.
