Basically, whenever the team has to make multiple trips to perform a task the scheduled dates and times can be put in and be viewable on the calendar. For example, 23/Mar: 9am-10am, 27/Mar:3pm-4pm, 31/Mar:8am-9am, and 1/Apr:1pm-2pm.
