agree we extensively use custom fields for the sales process and I must be able to report them for our monthly reports. We use the drop downs and check boxes and values fields extensively. Please make this happen asap. it also could push us to resort to another sales app to manage the sales workflow which would be a shame.
To clarify my request here, I'd like to be able to sort on certain custom fields, plus any other criteria like status, etc. and name & Save the report and frequently refer to it and see it update. Tasks with those Custom Fields will move along the workflow, get done, new tasks will be added, and so on. Ideally these reports could even get into the dashboard so you could create custom, very specific reports of relevance which could be easily accessed via this feature, instead of having to run them each and every time you wanted to view one in light of the fact that currently there is no ability to save these reports.
this is a deal breaker. so much that i love about this app, and i've been selling the hell out of this in my company, but just realized this is not a possibility at this point, which could unfortunately push us in another direction
This is a fundamental requirement for us.
This really is a must-have for us!
Please, please, please!! Custom fields are so, so important to individual workflows they really need to be imported/exported at will!
Do we also have the ability to import this? For sales purposes.
