Ability to create a URL to a specific point on your Whiteboard (anchors)

As a user I would like to create an anchor within a specific area of my whiteboard, so that I can share and navigate directly to the desired point on the board by clicking the link.

When whiteboard get busy or complex, this will become a necessity.

I would like to have ability to create a link on any element on a whiteboard through context menu (create a link). Then, when I follow the link the whiteboard is being opened with this element focused.
